I'm looking for a team that treats applied AI as a genuine rethinking of how work gets done. Not a feature on a roadmap.

With every company attempting to harness the power of AI, the most successful applications are customer-driven, leveraging their existing feedback loops and acting on them.

Culture matters to me as much as the role. I want to work somewhere whose mission I believe in, where people think carefully about technology and their companies' mission. I've spent time in government, wholesale distribution, and enterprise staffing. These are all industries that move differently and carry real consequences when a mistake is made. My varied experience shaped how I understand organizations and how to leverage my expertise to influence decision-making.

The work I want to do sits at the intersection of AI and how teams operate. Sales, business development, operations. Those are the areas where I have real depth. I'm interested in bringing that to a team doing something I believe in.
